The Game! Melanie has Endometriosis...
On last nights episode it started off with Derwin & Melanie seeing the doctor. The doctor told Melanie that the In vitro didn't take. She also stated that Melanie has Endometriosis which is a gynecological medical condition in which cells from the lining of the uterus (endometrium) appear and flourish outside the uterine cavity, most commonly on the ovaries. The uterine cavity is lined by endometrial cells, which are under the influence of female hormones. These endometrial-like cells in areas outside the uterus (endometriosis) are influenced by hormonal changes and respond in a way that is similar to the cells found inside the uterus. Symptoms often worsen with the menstrual cycle.
I decided to talk about this on my blog today because this really hits close to home for me. About two years ago now I had an laparoscopy procedure to get a cyst removed from my ovaries. Thats when I learned that I also had endometriosis. watching last nights episode and seeing all the comment reviews of the show I got a little irritated along with a lot of other people around the world that are dealing with this condition when the doctor told Melanie that she ONLY had a 10% chance to get pregnant. Because thats a FALSE statement. Now Endometriosis can affect people differently. Yes it is harder to get pregnant but it can still happen and the chances are a lot higher than 10%. I just want to say to anyone going through this I know the feelings your going through. It can cause a lot of stress and take so much energy. But if your trying for a baby...keep on trying;) IT WILL HAPPEN. The best advice I can give to someone with Endometriosis to is talk to your doctor, don't be afraid to ask questions, and take care of yourself!

Elementary students said they had gun with intent to kill
The Washington County Sherriff’s office said two fifth graders have been arrested for allegedly bringing a gun to school to kill people.
The sheriff says they detained the 10 and 12-year-olds when a Meadowview Elementary school teacher found the loaded weapon in a book bag Friday.
The children are charged with possession of a firearm on school property and conspiracy to commit capital murder.
The sheriff said the pair threatened to kill as many students, faculty and staff as they could and intended to run away afterward.
Neighbors say they’re in shock.
The sheriff’s office is trying to determine how the boys got the gun. In the meantime, both of them remain in custody.

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico police confirm the capture of murder suspect Alvin Rashawn Marshall happened around 10 p.m. on Tuesday. The arrest came following an all day search after the body of Tiffany Green was found murdered just after midnight, off 300 block of Newbridge Road.
Police said two young children and Green’s teenage sister were in the home when the shooting happened.
Court documents would indicate that 21-year-old Tiffany Green spent the last few months of her life living in fear. She had told the courts and her family that her ex-boyfriend Alvin Rashawn Marshall threatened her; harassed her at home and work with text messages and phone calls. He even assaulted her.
“Somewhere along the line there was a failure in being able to protect her,” said Gena Boyle, advocate against domestic violence.
It appears from her paper trail in court that Green had tried to sound the alarm. She’d been granted two emergency protective orders in January and February. She had filed criminal charges for harassment, assault and extortion against the Marshall.
Advocates claim protection orders can be helpful when they’re enforced by those who surround the victim but in some extreme cases filing for one can escalate matters.
“It can cause more danger because the abuser realizes that he’s losing control of the victim that she’s reaching out,” said Boyle.
Boyle recognizes a pattern in the Green case that she sees with many victims that seek help.
“It sounds to me like this is a very classic case of stalking,” said Boyle.
In Virginia a stalking offense has a tough burden of proof and only becomes a felony after the third conviction.
Delegate Jennifer McClellan has been trying strengthen the law or six years following the murder of a University of Richmond student by her former boyfriend.
“Stalking escalates to violence escalates to murder,” said McClellan.
McClellan’s bill fails year after year when it gets to the funding part.
Creating a new felony carries a budget price tag $50,000 dollars in the Virginia legislature. McClellan says Green’s case is yet another reason she’ll bring it again next year.
“Unless we do something this going to keep happening, I hope it doesn’t take another woman getting killed before we realize that,” said McClellan

BAD GIRLS CLUB SEASON 8 LAS VEGAS!
LET'S TALK BAD GIRL...
So on last night's episode all the girls except MiMi who left her passport at home went to Cabo, Mexico. Now was it me or was the editing fu**ed up? MiMi went back home to Miami because she didnt want to stay in the house for four days alone while the other girls were away. But on the episode that Airs next Monday shows MiMi participating in on the fight when the rest of the girls decide to jump the twins.Way to go Editing. Anyway, what do you guys think? Do you think the twins deserve to get jumped or not? Now I dont condone violence but this is the BAD GIRLS CLUB and if your going to dish out ass beatings be ready to get your ass beat when the time comes. Im not a fan of the twins what so ever but I have to say without them the show wouldnt be as interesting as it is. Last night the girls were divided during their trip to Cabo leaving Dani & Gabi in seperate rooms then Erica, Elease, Gia & Amy. They also stated that the fight was before their trip to Cabo and they arrived to Cabo a day later than the other girls. There must really be alot of tension between the twins and the rest of the girls. But it looks like both sides enjoyed their trips. But eff all that i'm ready for the big blow out. How about you all? to see how it all goes down dont forget to catch the new episode of THE BAD GIRLS CLUB ON OXYGEN AT 10 P.M MONDAY NIGHT MARCH 26:)

The Killing Of Trayvon Martin.
On February 26, 17-year-old Trayvon Martin walked to buy skittles and iced tea from 7-Eleven in Sanford, Florida. On His way back to his father's house in a gated community, Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch captain who had just called 911 to report Martin as "a real suspicious guy". Zimmerman claimed self-defense and has not been arrested or charged, but finds himself at the center of prickly national conversation about race, guns, and more.
Over the weekend, police released eight 911 calls related to the case, sparking a new round of press attention. In the recordings, Zimmerman, who called the police nearly 50 times in the last year, can be heard saying, "This guy looks like he's up to no good or he's on drugs or something." Martin, he said, had "his hand in his waistband. And he's a black male ... Something's wrong with him. Yup, he's coming to check me out. He's got something in his hands. I don't know what his deal is." He added, "These assholes, they always get away."
The dispatcher tells Zimmerman not to follow Martin, but in subsequent calls from neighbors, a struggle can be heard, followed by a gunshot. Mother Jones has a very detailed rundown of the case, and the tangential issues it raises, including, but not limited to, Florida's self-defense laws, the checkered past of the Sanford police, gun control, and potential federal government involvement.
A petition from Martin's family to the local D.A. has been signed online more than 400,000 times, and received a huge boost this weekend as the media homed in on the disturbing details. The New York Times reported on the story for two straight days in its national news section, in addition to a Saturday column by Charles Blow. "This case has reignited a furor about vigilante justice, racial-profiling and equitable treatment under the law," Blow wrote, "and it has stirred the pot of racial strife."
The details behind Martin's death have spread socially too. "Trayvon Martin didn't die so we can create a race war, he died so we can promote better understanding," Russell Simmons tweeted, pointing to a Facebook page with thousands of followers.
WE MUST DO BETTER!
This Story really touched me because I can only imagine what his family is going through. They are in my prayers and I pray justice is served!
